AUTHOR GUIDELINES JMS

Author Guidelines

Authors must read and fully understand these guidelines before submitting their manuscripts. Manuscripts that do not follow the instructions below will be rejected. The journal will only review manuscripts submitted through the JMS Journal OJS (Open Journal System) platform.

Guidelines:

  1. Authors must understand the Focus and Scope of the journal, which includes: Environmentally Friendly Management, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Operations.
  2. Authors must download and review the Article Template available on the JMS Journal OJS before submitting their manuscripts.
  3. All manuscripts must be written in either Indonesian or English using either American or British style (consistency in style is required).
  4. The manuscript’s similarity score must not exceed 20%, as measured by a plagiarism checker.
  5. Upon submission, authors are required to pay an initial review fee of Rp. 100,000. The payment must include the manuscript title, author name(s), and proof of payment, and must be sent to the journal's email. Without this initial review fee, the manuscript will not be processed. If payment is not received within 7 days, the manuscript will be rejected.
  6. Notification of acceptance or rejection after the initial review fee payment will be sent via email.
  7. Re-submitted manuscripts are considered new submissions and require another initial review fee.
  8. Manuscripts that do not follow the Article Template will be rejected, with notification sent via email.
  9. Revised manuscripts must be submitted within the specified time frame. Late submissions will be considered unprocessed and rejected.
  10. Revised manuscripts must address the reviewers' comments. Incomplete revisions will be rejected.
  11. Accepted manuscripts will undergo proofreading. Authors must pay a proofreading fee of Rp. 500,000. Without this payment, the manuscript will not be processed further.
  12. A Letter of Acceptance (LOA) will be issued after the proofreading fee is paid. Authors must also pay a publication fee of Rp. 250,000 within the specified period. Late payments will result in the manuscript being considered unprocessed.
  13. Notification of all manuscripts accepted for publication in the specified edition will be sent via email.
