JMS: JURNAL MANAJEMEN SINERGI
JMS: Journal of Management Synergy (abbreviated as Jurnal JMS) is a scientific journal published by the Undergraduate Management Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Khairun. The journal is registered with Online ISSN 2354-855X and Print ISSN 2714-559X. Jurnal JMS has been accredited as a SINTA 5 journal based on Decree No. 177/E/KPT/2024. It is published twice a year, in April and October, and serves as a platform for the publication of scholarly articles in the fields of management and business. Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), accessible via https://doi.org/10.33387/jms.v12i2. The journal's Open Archives Initiative (OAI) interface is available at https://ejournal.xternate.com/index.php. Journal JMS is indexed in several academic databases, including Google Scholar, SINTA, Garuda, and BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine), with citation analysis available through Google Scholar and SINTA.
